Presenting a menu inspired by the season of the olive collection in Andalusia
First olives are picked up the last days of September in what is called the "verdeo". The season runs through February when the last olive tree is collected and workers celebrate the botifuera, a popular open air lunch.
To enable you to experience the tradition around this rich fruit, we have prepared a degustation menu.

The menu is abailable on the restaurant schedulles.
Price per person, beberage no included, 40€. The menu will be served to all the people in the table.
